Silvia E. Luna is the founder of Luna Legal Firm. Ms. Luna earned her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2016. While attending law school part-time, Ms. Luna worked as a paralegal at a labor union law firm in Los Angeles. She also served as a law clerk at several non-profit organizations, including Public Counsel, Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, and the Alliance for Children’s Rights.
A fierce advocate for her clients, Ms. Luna has successfully helped clients secure sizeable settlements, including a $1.25 million sexual harassment settlement, a $1 million sexual assault settlement, and a $250,000 police brutality settlement.
Ms. Luna's well rounded expertise comes from her defense experience. Having defended corporations in the areas of products liability, premises liability, personal injury, and employment law, Ms. Luna understands how to position a case to render a maximum return.
