Silvia Luna, Esq.

Principal Attorney | Founder of Luna Legal Firm P.C.

Silvia E. Luna is the passionate and dedicated founder of Luna Legal Firm P.C. A graduate of Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, Silvia earned her Juris Doctor in 2016 while working full-time as a paralegal at a labor union law firm.

Her commitment to justice extends beyond the courtroom—Silvia has externed for several nonprofit organizations, including Public Counsel, the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, and the Alliance for Children’s Rights, where she worked tirelessly to advocate for underserved communities.

As a fierce advocate for her clients, Silvia has secured substantial settlements, including a $1.25 million sexual harassment settlement and a $1 million sexual assault settlement. Her success is driven by her belief in treating every client with empathy, compassion, and a deep commitment to justice.

Silvia’s well-rounded expertise is enhanced by her background in defense, where she gained invaluable experience representing corporations in cases involving auto accidents, slip, trip and fall accidents, and employment law. This defense-side insight gives her a unique advantage, allowing her to strategically position cases for maximum return and ensure her clients receive the justice and compensation they deserve

At Luna Legal Firm, Silvia is not just a lawyer—she’s a dedicated advocate who truly cares about her clients and their rights. She speaks both English and Spanish fluently, making her an accessible and trusted legal ally for the Latinx community and beyond.
